DevelopMe is an online career and professional development toolkit that Health Net makes available to all associates. With support, resources and tools, DevelopMe empowers associates to take charge of their careers, and make their potential real.
Rideshare Program is available in many facilities for regular full-time associates who use an alternate mode of transportation, such as carpool, public transportation, etc.
SPOT Awards Recognition Program pays monetary awards for associates' extraordinary efforts that help Health Net, Inc. and its business units achieve their business goals. It is extended to all regular part-time and full-time associates who are managers or below.
Wellness Reimbursement is extended to all Health Net Associates.
Education is crucial to professional development, and all Health Net associates are encouraged to expand their knowledge through on-site and paid off-site CEUs. Our tuition reimbursement policy encourages the pursuit of degree and certificate programs by reimbursing educational expenses for the following:
- Approved Certificate programs
- Graduate (Masters) Degree programs
- Undergraduate (Associate or Bachelors) Degree programs
